* Hours: Full-time, 50 hours per week (10 hours per day)
About the role: Are you passionate about leading teams to make communities safer and tackling anti‑social behaviour? We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Team Manager to oversee our Neighbourhood Patrol team working with Brent Council. In this role, you’ll manage a team of officers, ensuring high standards of service delivery, coordinating operations, and working closely with local partners to reduce anti‑social behaviour and improve public safety.

What You’ll Do
* Lead, manage, and support a team of neighbourhood officers
* Monitor and ensure team performance meets operational targets and KPIs
* Develop and implement action plans to resolve complex ASB issues
* Coordinate patrols, investigations, and community engagement activities
* Liaise with council partners, community groups, and other stakeholders
* Review and quality‑check reports and evidence gathered by officers
* Mentor and coach team members, providing feedback and development opportunities
* Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
* At least 2 years of experience in community safety, ASB enforcement, or a related field
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines
* Experience in partnership working with local authorities and community groups
* Problem‑solving mindset with an investigative approach
* Professional, calm, and resilient in challenging situations
