This opportunity is offered on a full-time or part-time (4 days a week), permanent basis, with flexible working options accommodated and hybrid working as standard. Excellent salary and benefits.
The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor in this leading team, you will:
· Join a well-regarded and growing team advising clients across the public, private and third sectors.
· Work on the full spectrum of property matters with a focus on landlord and tenant work.
· Be involved in major national healthcare, commercial and development projects, including high-profile acquisitions, disposals, finance and leasing.
· Have the chance to gain hands-on experience, build client relationships and take early responsibility for files and client liaison.
· Be part of a forward-thinking firm that is consistently ranked in the top tiers of Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, with multiple individuals in the team recognised as leading lawyers.
About You
To be successful in your application for this Commercial Property Solicitor vacancy, you will have:
· Between NQ and 3 years' PQE with a grounding in commercial property law.
· Landlord and tenant experience (preferred but not essential).
· Excellent drafting and legal analysis skills.
· A commercial, practical approach and ability to manage competing demands.
· Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
· A keen interest in working with clients in the healthcare and wider commercial property sectors.
