Customer Care Representative Job | Ellesmere Port | Global Manufacturer | £32,000 | EMEA Markets
A globally recognised manufacturing company are currently seeking a motivated Customer Service professional to join one of their established teams on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. Working within a large and skilled team, you will have ample support around you!
Responsibilities
* As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage the order processes from initial enquiry through to completion.
* Liaise with suppliers/warehouses/planning to ensure cost efficiency and stock availability.
* Monitor orders and keep customers up to date throughout the process.
* Prepare export documentation, invoicing and ad hoc project work.
* Support the team that covers the EMEA region; European experience is advantageous, but not essential.
* Manage high volume and high order value via SAP.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Experience in a highly customer-focused role, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing organisation.
* Ability to prioritise workload and react quickly in a changing environment.
* Good understanding of order processing; knowledge of export is desired.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technical ERP and CRM databases. SAP experience is helpful, but other systems will be considered.
