Projects range from £200k to £3m across commercial, industrial, mixed-use and refurbishment schemes.The Role You will support the pre-construction team by preparing accurate tenders across a range of envelope and structural packages. Working closely with the Senior Estimator and wider team, you will help ensure bids are commercially competitive and technically compliant.Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates for SFS, cladding, steelwork, curtain walling, windows and faade packagesReview drawings, specifications and tender documentsObtain supplier and subcontractor quotationsProduce BOQs, take-offs and cost breakdownsSupport value engineering proposalsWork with the estimating team to meet tender deadlinesAssist with handover to project delivery teamsMaintain accurate tender and pricing recordsPerson Specification Essential Strong numerical and analytical skillsAbility to interpret drawings and technical specificationsConfident communicator with suppliers and internal teamsAble to work independently from home while remaining part of a teamDesirable Experience in faade, cladding, SFS, steel, windows or curtain wallingExperience pricing packages between £200k£3mExposure to commercial, industrial or mixed-use schemesCSCS card (preferred but not essential)Experience with estimating software or digital take-off toolsTPBN1_UKTJ
