About The Role
As an ICT Development & Operations Officer, you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of efficient and effective ICT services to the organisation by providing first-line support to staff across St. Leger Homes.
You will perform system administration duties for our primary ICT systems, including periodic system upgrades and liaising with suppliers.
You will be involved in projects, working closely with the Business Transformation team, with exciting opportunities to develop new, bespoke solutions using components within the Microsoft Power Platform suite.

About You
The ideal candidate should have good experience and knowledge of working within an ICT environment. The candidate should be passionate about innovation and have the skills to manage workloads, work to deadlines and deliver efficient ICT support in line with customer needs.
The candidate should have all the qualities of a keen ICT developer, with the skills to interpret a requirements specification to create bespoke, innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform Suite, specifically with PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
