A growing company based in Wokingham is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join their office-based team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the company’s compliance processes, ensuring all operations meet regulatory standards and internal policies.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Previous experience in compliance or administration is advantageous, but a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
The salary on offer for this office based role is up to £28,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
Key responsibilities for the Compliance Administrator role are:

Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, investigations, and risk assessments

Liaise with customers daily regarding compliance-related queries
*
Manage day-to-day compliance issues and investigate discrepancies, escalating risks to managers as necessary
*
Perform regular data audits and identify opportunities for business process improvements
*
Collaborate closely with the Finance Business Partner and Energy Services Manager, providing key insights on risk and potential claw backs
*
Prepare regular management reports on compliance issues, risks, and trends
*
Confidently chase installers by telephone to obtain urgent responses for investigations
*
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
Skills required for the Compliance Administrator role are:

Previous compliance experience, preferably within the Energy sector
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant planning software
*
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage workload effectively
*
Capable of working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
*
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Collaborative team player with a willingness to provide support as needed
