We’re looking for a Parenting Education Worker to join our Best Start in Life team – a role where every day you’ll make a real difference to children, parents, and communities.
This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering life-changing parenting support that improves outcomes for children from the very start.
You will:
1. Deliver engaging, evidence-based parenting programmes like PEEPs, Triple P and EasyPeasy
2. Work directly with parents and carers to build confidence, resilience, and practical parenting skills
3. Provide group sessions, workshops, and 1:1 support in Family Hubs and community settings
4. Help families access the right support at the right time through triage and guidance
5. Build strong relationships with families, partners, and communities to maximise engagement
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same.
We’re seeking someone who is:
6. Experienced in working with children, parents, or families
7. Skilled at building trust and engaging people from all backgrounds
8. Confident facilitating group work
9. Compassionate, patient, and resilient
10. A strong team player with a can-do attitude

These posts are part time and there will be some evening and weekend work (on a rota)
This position is part time, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent, the salary received will be paid on a pro–rata basis.
