Job Description:
We are seeking a senior operations professional to lead operational delivery at a high-growth European commercial real estate finance advisory firm. You will work with top-tier stakeholders and institutional lenders across the UK and Europe, building infrastructure, overseeing transaction workflows, and ensuring seamless execution of real estate finance mandates.
Responsibilities:
* Own operations across mandates involving debt advisory, development finance, and structured capital
* Oversee payment execution, draw schedules, and compliance
* Implement internal controls and workflows for deal settlement and reporting
* Manage interfaces with clients, lenders, custodians, and legal teams
* Lead system upgrades and platform integrations
* Build and manage a team to support growing deal volume
* Contribute to strategic decisions on infrastructure and risk mitigation
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and KYC/AML obligations
Qualifications & Skills:
* 7–10 years’ experience in real estate finance, banking operations, or fund administration
* Understanding of CRE debt structures and transaction lifecycle
* Experience in payment operations or treasury functions
* Proactive, process-driven, with experience scaling operational platforms
* Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
