We're looking for an organised, detail-driven Pre-Production Manager to oversee all aspects of pre-production, prototyping, and preparing jobs for production. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery, great customer service, and effective coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
What you'll do:
· Manage the full pre-production process, including prototypes, mock-ups, and proofs.
· Liaise with design, sales, and production teams to meet customer requirements.
· Act as the main contact for customers during pre-production, booking in jobs and managing expectations.
· Source prices and coordinate work with suppliers and outworkers.
· Ensure accurate documentation, scheduling, and seamless handover to production.
What we're looking for:
· Experience in pre-production or production management (packaging, print, or similar).
· Strong technical knowledge of prototyping and production processes.
· Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, source suppliers, and meet deadlines.
· Confident with IT systems (MS Office, production management tools).
