Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong financial management experience, either qualified/ part qualified in ACCA or CIMA, but we would also consider someone qualified through experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and submission of VAT returns Manage and reconcile CIS payments, ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to senior management Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets Invoice and accounts payable management Credit control and accounts receivable management with regular suppliers Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and audits Ensure all financial transactions and expenses are accurately recorded Supporting the weekly payroll process Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the finance team Point of contact for external auditors during annual audits What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial role Experience on finance management software's such as Xero and Quickbooks Strong knowledge and experience with CIS payments and VAT calculations (preferred) Strong attention to detail with the ability to ...
