Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for a Sales Manager, based near Chelmsford, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will lead and manage new business development and sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, mentoring team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends.
Qualifications
* Sales and business development skills, including experience with revenue growth strategies, account management, and negotiation.
* Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring teams and fostering collaboration.
* Excellent communication skills, including relationship building, client presentations, and the ability to convey complex solutions effectively.
* Knowledge of digital signage, media operations, and technology-driven business solutions is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis software to track performance and optimize sales efforts.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in sales or a related role.
* Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
