A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Equipment Manager to join the project management department, to assist with the development and delivery of mission-critical defence equipment.
This role performs the duties of managing the delivery of electrical/electronic equipment, ensuring it is on-time, on-cost, and on-quality, and reports to the senior project manager.
Project manage the delivery of electrical/electronic equipment during development, qualification, and manufacture.
* Manage the project relationship with internal and external design authorities/customers for the delivery of equipment hardware, software, and work to schedule, cost, quality, and performance.
* Control assigned budget(s) and work package management.
* Handle risks and opportunities.
A degree or equivalent qualification in electrical/electronic engineering or a related subject (e.g., physics, data communications, EMC, etc.).
* Strong project management skills and experience working with complex electrical/electronic equipment.
