Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to join Exjet Services. This role is crucial in driving our growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the drainage sector, expanding Exjet Services' market presence across the South West of England.
* Client Engagement: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
* Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, ensuring sustained growth for the company inclusive of social media marketing.
* Proposals and Contracts: Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts, delivering compelling presentations to potential clients.
* Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
* Networking: Represent Exjet Services at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
* Collaboration: Work closely with our technical and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services that exceed client expectations.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the construction industry or a related field.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry, including the latest technologies and regulatory requirements.
* Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Devon, with a solid understanding of the local market dynamics.
