OLG Recruitment is currently seeking a Technical Administrator to support our client’s projects department in Stallingborough, Immingham. This is a full-time contract position starting at the beginning of July, with an anticipated duration of multiple years.
Requirements
* Good and confident communicator
* Excellent IT skills for department training and problem solving
* Proficient in PC software systems, including Excel
* Good knowledge of SAP systems (a superuser would be ideal)
* Ability to run SAP reports: project costs, cost centres, notifications
* Ability to resolve purchasing and invoicing issues
* Control of project procedures
* Ordering, storing, and distributing office supplies
* Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Maintaining holiday registers and off-site movements
* Maintaining and supplying PPE
* Performing various admin duties to ensure the smooth running of a project/design and engineering department
