360 Excavator Operator (Safety Critical)
Location: East London / Essex (Barking, Dagenham, Tilbury, Romford)
Pay Rate: £22.00 - £24.00 per hour (CIS/PAYE/Umbrella)
Start Date: Immediate
The Role
We are seeking high-caliber 360 Excavator Operators for major infrastructure and residential groundworks projects across the East London and Essex corridor. We have multiple long-term vacancies for operators on machines ranging from 13t to 30t.
Mandatory Requirements
CPCS Blue Card (360 Above & Below 10t) or NPORS (with CSCS Logo).
Safety Critical Medical (SCM): You must hold a valid, in-date certificate. We cannot place candidates on these specific sites without proof of a fit-for-work medical.
Lifting Operations: A59C endorsement is required.
References: Must provide two contactable names from recent 360 operator roles.
Key Responsibilities
Bulk earthworks, deep drainage, and finishing works.
Operating safely around live services and ground staff.
Performing daily maintenance and safety checks.
Optional: Use of GPS (Leica/Topcon) and specialized attachments (Breakers/Shears).
Compliance Note for Candidates
Safety Critical Medicals: In line with 2026 site safety standards, your medical must be conducted by an occupational health provider and cover vision, hearing, lung function, and mobility. If your medical is due to expire within the next 30 days, please notify your consultant upon application.
