My client is seeking a Help Desk/ Contract Support to provide aprehensive financial and administrative service to their clients.
Your new role
You will be responsible for understanding, anticipating and delivering (internal & outstanding) customer needs while building effective relationships.
Management of helpdesk and asset management systems
Ensuring jobs are raised and assigned correctly on the in house management system
Raising purchase orders
Liaising with sites and suppliers on ETA'S access queries and jobpletions
Managing inbox and responding to client and internal stakeholders
Assisting with the contract manager in ensuringpliance with health & safety
What you'll need to succeed
Good PC-based skills, with experience in Excel, Word and Outlook
Customer service skills
Previous experience in a similar role / administrative roles
Previous experience in a customer - facing role
Excellent time management and organisational skills
mitment on continuous improvement
Results / task orientated, attention to detail
