Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be a key member of the Customer Service team, reporting to the Customer Service Manager onsite. This role will be responsible for contributing to the success of Ball by providing excellent service to a dedicated portfolio of customers using defined processes.
Responsibilities
* Cooperate closely with relevant sales managers/agents.
* Create the order definition in SAP for further production, based on the customers order, monitor the complete and timely disclosure of its customers' requirements, and cooperate with the planning department.
* Cooperate with the repro department in the area of communication with the customer during the approval of the creative design by the customer.
* Cooperate to ensure possible customer and internal audits.
* Maintain complete and up-to-date records of orders for dedicated customers.
* Cooperate with the quality department in the area of complaints.
* Issue invoices for delivered orders.
* Cooperate with the logistics department - order transportation of manufactured orders.
* Follow established rules for data storage and information sharing with other colleagues and managers when working with dedicated customers.
* Use the SAP system to work with orders, invoices, and technical specifications of goods.
* Cooperate with the customer departments of sister plants and provide each other with the necessary information.
Qualifications
* GCSE (5-9) / A-C or equivalent education.
* Job-related experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain area.
* Microsoft Office products (Excel essential); SAP desirable.
* Fluent in English.
* Knowledge of French or any other language desirable.
