The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will oversee daily operations and manage business aspects of the track. Your responsibilities include managing operational procedures, assisting departmental heads, and striving for operational excellence to meet KPIs. You will also coach and develop your team and contribute to making our workplace a great place to work.
What We're Looking For:
We seek a leader ready to take charge, with experience blending leisure and Food & Beverage operations, possibly across multiple sites. The role involves managing all track operations, executing plans to surpass KPIs, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Support will come from the Regional Manager and Regional Operations Director.

Your Duties:
* Lead the team to achieve departmental KPIs, including wage ratios and financial targets.
* Foster inter-departmental collaboration for stakeholder satisfaction and SLA adherence.
* Ensure smooth operations, high service quality, and safety according to SOPs.
* Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and maximize profits.
* Identify new revenue opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and legislation to minimize risks.
* Support accident prevention and uphold consistency across all areas.
* Build a strong culture of people management through recruitment, performance management, training, and talent development.
