Receptionist – Friendly Front of House Role
We’re looking for a warm and organised person to join a busy company in Petersfield as a Receptionist. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to create a great first impression of our business.
What you’ll do:
1. Greet visitors and make them feel welcome
2. Answer phone calls and direct them to the right person
3. Manage incoming and outgoing post
4. Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
5. Help with basic admin tasks like booking meetings and updating records
What we’re looking for:
6. Someone friendly, reliable and confident speaking to people
7. Good time management and attention to detail
8. Comfortable using email and basic computer systems
9. Previous experience is helpful but not essential – we’ll provide training
