We are looking for a SENCO to lead the Special Educational Needs provision within a vibrant primary school based in Buckingham. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing EHCP applications, managing a team of Teaching Assistants, and ensuring that all pupils with additional needs reach their full potential. Experience and Qualifications
* National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) is essential
* Be an enthusiastic, empathetic, and highly organized leader
* Have excellent subject knowledge regarding the SEND Code of Practice
* A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
* Legal ability to work within the UK
