Responsibilities:
* Painting and Decorating around the Resort including bedrooms
* Assist in the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities,
* Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and staff
* Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment
* Collaborate with other departments to support the overall operation of the establishment
Requirements:
* Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
* Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry techniques
* Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
