Civil Litigation New Enquiry Administrator/ Secretary

We are searching for a New Enquiry Administrator/Secretary to join our busy civil litigation team based at our Sheffield office.


New Enquiry Administrator/Secretary Vacancy

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our busy and successful civil litigation team. Ideally you will have a good knowledge of medical negligence and personal injury laws, however training will be provided. You will have experience dealing with clients, handling new enquiries on the phone and face to face, and you will be comfortable dealing with and processing complex legal files.

Civil Litigation New Enquiry Administrator/Secretary Responsibilities

As part of your role, you will be responsible for:

– Client care within the department, including taking client calls, handling new enquries, organising meetings with clients, barristers, experts, responding to emails and meeting clients face to face.

– Processing client documents and onboarding new clients on our case management systems.

– Liaising with solicitors and paralegals on the progress of cases and communicating with both staff and clients on updates.

– Administration of medical records, witness statements and official legal documents.

– Audiotyping of transcripts and note taking.
