Job Title: 2nd Line Support Technician Location: Birmingham - On site full time Day Rate: £200 (Inside IR35) Start Date: Late May / Early June Contract Length: 1 Year I have a very exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients They are currently looking for a skilled 2nd Line Support Technician that has experience with EPOS systems to join their team for a year contract Job Responsibilities/Objectives Provide advanced technical support for EPOS systems, resolving escalated issues efficiently. Collaborate with 1st Line Support to diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems. Perform in-depth analysis of EPOS system logs and configurations to identify root causes of issues. Develop and implement solutions to enhance the reliability and performance of EPOS systems. Provide training and guidance to 1st Line Support technicians on EPOS troubleshooting techniques. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Extensive experience in 2nd Line Support with a strong focus on EPOS systems. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues. Advanced knowledge of EPOS system architecture, including hardware components and software integration's. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Certifications or training in EPOS systems and related technologies are highly desirable.
