As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role at a stunning development, guiding customers through every stage of their home-buying journey. From first enquiry to handing over the keys, you’ll ensure buyers enjoy a smooth, professional, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and build relationships with prospective buyers, providing expert guidance on available homes and lifestyle options
* Conduct engaging in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the quality of the development
* Manage the full sales process efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion
* Keep up to date with pricing, incentives, and product details to provide accurate information
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and new product launches
About You
* Previous experience in new homes sales, property sales, or estate agency
* Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work Thursday–Monday (11am–6pm)
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
