About the HEMAR Team: As a core function of our broader Patient Access department, the HEMAR team is dedicated to optimizing the value of our company and its products. We aim to establish a positive external perception among payers, effectively communicate our innovative offerings to patients, and engage with regional health services and the community at large. Key Role responsibilities include: Access Strategy Ownership: Spearhead the access strategy for early-stage indications and own the development and execution of access strategies for assigned brand(s), guiding the HTA team in designing effective models and implementing studies that address evidence gaps and enhance commercial opportunities. Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the Patient Access Lead on various teams, including the Country Value Team (CVT) and the European Center of Excellence (CoE). Foster collaboration and information sharing to ensure alignment of objectives and shape product strategies effectively. Communication and Influencing: Utilize exceptional communication and influencing skills to advocate for access strategies and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, patient organizations, HTA experts, and payers/HTA officials, ensuring a favorable evaluation of designated products.
