Support the Agency Business Managers in driving revenues across all areas of the business, ensuring reporting & bookings are accurate and prospects are kept up to date on a daily basis. Deliver multi-platform sales messages effectively to Advertisers and Agencies in the absence of the Agency Business Managers. Collaborate with and support all areas of our business including Page Planning, Programmatic, Production, Trading, Publishing, Finance, Ad Ops, Admin and Invention to drive revenues and profitability. Maximise accuracy and minimise administrative errors within day to day running of Agency portfolio. Develop a full understanding of both the digital ecosystem and the newsbrand marketplace and how Reach sits within this. Understand specific advertisers strategies to help them build bespoke, tailored cross-platform solutions. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate pipe line for business. Help forecast and report digital and print (national and regional) revenue and support Agency Business Managers and Agency Lead with daily updates to prospects, forecast and sales leads. Essential: In order to be successful in this role, you will be numerate and able to work across multiple spreadsheets and platforms/systems. Youll be provided with full bespoke training, however the ability to be numerate and multi-task is essential. You will be a confident and clear communicator in order to build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally. You will possess excellent organisational skills, and will be comfortable working at pace undertaking a variety of tasks. You will be a proactive and self-starting individual who is driven and eager to learn & grow within this role long term. Desirable: Previous experience with G Suite and Salesforce is desirable but not essential. Previous experience in an administrative role. Previous experience in publishing/advertising/media.
