Overview
Are you used to working in sales driven environments, supporting sales professionals with order processing and back up administration? Do you have acute attention to detail and a willingness to complete tasks even if information arrives gradually? The client, a manufacturing organisation, is expanding their sales support team and seeks a new team member with solid CRM experience and high accuracy (accuracy will be tested at interview).
Working hours are 8.30–5pm with hybrid working available after a 3‑month probation period. Parking is available.
Responsibilities
* Sales order processing from activation of order through to delivery
* Managing the sales inbox
* Production of quotes
* Deal with post-delivery issues
* Chasing overdue monies and basic accounts reconciliation
* Updating customer records on CRM
* Managing production issues
* Forwarding despatch notes
Experience / Qualifications
* Strong organisation and high levels of accuracy (this will be tested at interview)
* Experience of working in sales‑led environments
* Accounts experience such as credit control
* Excel and CRM experience
* Customer centric
* Positive and upbeat attitude
