The Client:
One of VWA's longest standing clients, a top alternative investment services firm, are searching for a proactive and polished Receptionist to join their team on an ongoing basis.
The Role:
Receptionist duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
* Managing the meeting rooms diary
* Answering, screening and forwarding all incoming calls
* Arranging couriers
* Ad hoc duties as necessary
The successful Receptionist will:
* Be available ongoing from 21st April
* Be professional, warm and confident in nature
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have a strong attention to detail
* Have previous reception experience in a corporate office-based environment
* Be happy to work in the office
* Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite
The Details and Benefits:
* Shifted hours, with 8am earliest start and 6pm latest finish
* Up to £17/hour plus holiday
