Your new role
* Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in Nursery and Reception settings
* Maintain an inclusive classroom that nurtures curiosity and early learning
* Follow EYFS frameworks and tailor activities to meet the needs of young learners
* Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth transitions during staff absences
* Confidently manage behaviour
* Adapt your teaching style to suit the unique ethos of each school
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with Early Years experience
* A flexible and proactive approach to working across different school environments
* Strong communication skills to build rapport with young children and staff
* Confidence in delivering the EYFS curriculum and managing early years routines
* Previous experience in Nursery or Reception within a primary school setting
