You’ll support the owner, guide and mentor junior staff, and help maintain the elegant, professional atmosphere that keeps customers returning.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalismSell with confidence, sincerity, and a strong knowledge of products and collectionsResolve customer enquiries (e.g. repairs, returns, bespoke orders) with calm and claritySupport and develop the sales team, ensuring consistent high standardsMaintain attractive displays and uphold brand presentation guidelinesAssist with store operations – opening/closing, stock handling, payment processingWork with the owner to help drive sales and grow the businessWhat They’re Looking For:Previous retail experience, ideally in luxury goods or jewelleryA confident, approachable personality with strong people skillsA genuine interest in fine jewellery and craftsmanshipHigh attention to detail and a calm, professional mannerFlexible availability including some weekends and occasional eveningsA strong sense of integrity, care for customers, and pride in delivering exceptional serviceWorking Hours: Typically 8:50am – 5:50pm, 3–5 days per week (full-time preferred)Application Process: You’ll be asked to upload your CV and complete a short set of assessments as part of your application.
