Retail & Education Executive – Active Cosmetics (Reading, South Area) – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract
Join L’Oréal Dermato‑Cosmetics (LDB) as a Retail & Education Executive to elevate iconic brands such as La Roche‑Posay, Vichy, and CeraVe across the South Area (Reading).
What You’ll Do
* Deliver face‑to‑face and virtual training for advisors in key Boots stores and other retailers, covering brand knowledge, new product launches, skin diagnosis, and personalised recommendations to drive sales.
* Line‑manage LDB and agency skincare advisors, leading by example through active selling demonstrations.
* Build relationships with retail staff, store management and stakeholders; monitor sales performance and provide insights.
* Ensure merchandising guidelines are followed, coach advisors for continuous improvement, and contribute creative ideas for business growth.
* Collaborate with National Account Managers and Business Development Managers on training projects, advocacy programmes and commercial objectives, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
Who You’re Looking For
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a passion for public speaking and coaching.
* Commercial acumen and a drive to exceed sales targets.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, including budget management for training events.
* Ability to build trustworthy, long‑term relationships internally and externally.
* Deep passion for beauty and LDB brands, staying abreast of trends.
* Resilience, adaptability and self‑motivation in an autonomous territory setting.
* Proficiency in IT tools for data entry, reporting and territory management.
* Previous training and sales experience within the beauty or healthcare industry.
* Full UK driver’s licence for manual transmission cars.
