We are seeking a Science Teacher for a long‑term position starting after May half term and running until Christmas. This is a full‑time role with full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, assessment, and contributing to the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
Plan, prepare, and assess in line with curriculum requirements
Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to departmental planning and whole‑school initiatives
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and academic expectations
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Science at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
Enhanced DBS check (support available if required)
