We’re currently looking for a full‑time Sales Associate to join the Luxury Linens team, representing the iconic British heritage brand Peter Reed.
As a Luxury Linen Sales Associate for Peter Reed, you will be a true brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service while building long‑lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Providing a highly personalised, luxury service experience tailored to each customer’s lifestyle, preferences and brief.
- Acting as a dedicated expert across fabrics, thread counts, finishes, customisation and care for the brand.
- Building strong and sustainable client relationships through thoughtful consultations, aftercare and follow‑up.
- Remaining detail‑focused when handling personalised and special‑order requests.
- Confidently presenting and maintaining immaculate product displays in line with brand standards.
- Keeping up to date with product launches, seasonal collections and industry trends.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
You will ideally have experience working in a home & lifestyle environment with a premium or luxury retailer. You’ll be responsible for providing a world‑class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.
