The Role You will teach KS3 and KS4 Science, delivering lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics that promote curiosity, confidence, and strong foundational understanding. The department uses a clear and consistent curriculum model, enabling ECTs to develop effective classroom routines quickly. You will be supported through a comprehensive ECT induction programme, including regular mentoring meetings, protected CPD time, and a reduced teaching load during your first year.
