To support the recruitment team in hiring the best people for UoP by providing vital support to the Recruitment Managers, Head Hunters and first-line guidance to both internal and external stakeholders. The Recruitment Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, helping UoP to build a talented workforce that aligns with its strategic goals while providing the best experience for candidates. We may be able to support a part time appointment working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role.
