This is not your typical SMM role, it’s a chance to turn social into a show. You’ll be building a behind‑the‑scenes world that introduces our team, our brands, and our creators in a way that makes people want to belong.
At enara, we’re redefining social commerce: we’re the autopilot for independent wellness brands and the co‑pilot for creators. You’ll be at the center of that, shaping how the next generation discovers and shops independent wellness products.
About the role
You’ll lead our native social channels and turn our day‑to‑day work into stories worth following. One day you might be scripting a trend remix with our team, the next you’ll be unpacking creator performance insights or editing a recap of a viral product moment. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and deeply creative – ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, trends, and community.
What You’ll Do
* Run enara’s social platforms : TikTok and Instagram (native content only)
* Create content that turns our team and partners into characters in an ongoing story, from trend‑based skits to behind‑the‑scenes creator spotlights. Accounts we love and take inspo from: theattnseeker, stanforcreators, goplaces.io
* Edit and optimize all video content for TikTok and Instagram, ensuring it feels native, fresh, and on‑trend.
* Analyze performance of native content weekly, spotting what resonates and evolving strategy around it.
* Collaborate with UGC creators to test product‑first formats and identify what drives shop performance.
* Shape the enara “show” – turning our social channels into a place people come to learn, laugh, and get inspired by our work with brands and creators.
* Stay ahead of cultural trends and constantly pitch new ideas that keep enara’s feed at the edge of TikTok culture.
What You’ll Bring
* A strong creative portfolio showing your approach to storytelling, trend adaptation, and platform fluency.*IMPORTANT TO NOTE* We recognise that you may be someone who’s just starting out without a portfolio and may have a huge potential, so if you want to film your pitch to us and go into detail why you’d be the ideal candidate, we’d also consider it!
* Confidence filming and editing short‑form video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or mobile‑native tools).
* Excellent copywriting and on‑screen text instincts – you can land a hook in under 3 seconds and don’t shy away from starting with the end for a smooth loop effect.
* Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture; you know what makes people stop scrolling.
* A curious, experimental mindset – you’re just as comfortable testing new concepts as you are analyzing results.
* Passion for self‑expression, wellness, creators, and building something from the ground up.
The Output We’re Aiming For
* A content strategy that makes enara’s TikTok and Instagram channels a daily follow for creators and wellness brands.
* 4‑5 posts per week (with storytelling/trend‑led videos, creator/brand spotlights, and short behind‑the‑scenes stories).
* Consistent creative experiments backed by performance analysis.
* A growing and engaged creator + brand community across our socials.
