Marketplace Operations Expert Bristol | Up to £45,000 (£60k OTE) Benefits Join a leading IT service providers, delivering IT product sales and systems integration services across 14 countries for midmarket, enterprise, and public-sector clients. In this role, you’ll manage the company’s software marketplace platform, leading the onboarding of new customers, supporting renewals, handling licensing and billing queries, and driving efficiencies across Microsoft, Adobe, and wider cloud platforms. You’ll also act as the first point of contact for marketplace updates, support customer demos, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure customers maximise the value of their software investments.
