Job Description:
A company dedicated to improving human health and playing a major role in delivering better healthcare is seeking an experienced Programme Lead to join their team on a fixed-term basis (up to 12 months).
You’ll work to accelerate innovative solutions for the NHS – identify gaps and needs in the healthcare industry, deliver solutions, and take on responsibility for leading and growing a small team of Project Support.
You’ll collaborate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and be responsible for producing delivery plans, utilizing project methodology principles, and assisting on an AI programme of work – supporting the adoption of ethical AI across healthcare in Wales. You’ll be confident in interacting with others at senior levels, regularly produce progress reviews, monitor team performance, and manage project risk.
Skills we are most interested in for this position:
* Senior-level experience, ability to manage people
* A good understanding of the healthcare industry/NHS/working with social care providers and appreciation of barriers to adopting innovation within them
* Strategy development in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
* An innovative approach – encouraging and valuing new ideas, plus effective/persuasive communication skills
This full-time role requires 2 days a week visits to Cardiff location (3 days working from home)
