What your typical day will look like:
1. Providing exceptional service to our clients and the highest standard of care for their pets, acting as the vital link between clients and our clinical team.
2. Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues — key to your success in this role.
3. Ensuring every client leaves their visit feeling completely satisfied, confident they’ve received outstanding service, and looking forward to returning.
4. Welcoming each client warmly, offering support and guidance, managing payments efficiently, and confidently arranging future bookings.
5. Coordinating the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using our online booking system, so good computer literacy is essential.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week across 3½ days, with 1 in 4 weekends required.
Weekday shift patterns:
6. 8:30am – 7:15pm (3 days per week)
7. 8:30am – 2:00pm (1 day per week)
Weekend shift patterns (1 in 4):
8. Saturday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
9. Sunday: 9:45am – 2:00pm
