We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, customer focused individual to work in our exclusive Shelburne Restaurant to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
As Restaurant Supervisor you will assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. This incorporates the smooth running of breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as room service. Your other roles and responsibilities will include:
Managing the staff to ensure customer service standards are met and customer enquiries are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
Delivering outstanding customer care, exceeding guests expectations.
Being responsible for the opening and closing of the restaurant.
Delivering the highest standards in service and presentation.
The successful candidate should have relevant experience within a Restaurant and Bar environment.
The ability to work under pressure is essential and you should have a flexible approach to working patterns.
