Role profile We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Regulatory Specialist to support our Product Stewardship team and keep our global chemical portfolio fully compliant. If you enjoy solving complex regulatory challenges, improving processes, and working across technical teams, this role puts you right at the centre of our compliance strategy. What You’ll Do Proactively identify and improve safety‑related issues using established tools and systems Deliver defined work packages that support key regulatory and product compliance projects Build expertise in global chemical regulations and support colleagues with clear insights Analyse data to support informed business decisions Communicate regulatory findings and requirements with clarity and confidence Collaborate with technical, production, and commercial teams to strengthen compliance culture Review raw material SDSs, classifications, and supplier information Maintain accurate substance, raw material, and product data in SAP S/4HANA EHS Classify materials and products under regional GHS regulations Create compliant safety data sheets and labels Keep databases up to date and ensure accurate information flows through the supply chain Support continuous improvement by documenting and refining processes Training will be provided to ensure you’re fully equipped for all responsibilities. What You Bring Degree in Chemistry or a related field — or relevant Regulatory/SHE experience Minimum 2 years in a regulatory role Knowledge of GHS classification and labelling (desirable, but training provided) Experience with SAP EHS is an advantage Location & Working Pattern This role is based at our Harlow site, where collaboration and team synergy are at the heart of how we work.
