Key Holder – Independent Luxury Jewellers
We are an established, family‑run jeweller with a proud reputation for craftsmanship, personal service and trust. We are seeking a Key Holder to join our boutique team and represent a respected independent jeweller working with fine jewellery, luxury timepieces and exclusive collections.
Responsibilities
 * Act as a trusted responsible key holder, opening and closing the store.
 * Set up window displays each morning and free‑hand merchandising to maintain the boutique’s appearance.
 * Welcome and advise clients in line with the expectations of the luxury retail market.
 * Handle and present luxury goods with care and professionalism.
 * Process transactions accurately using the till system.
 * Use Microsoft Excel for stock control and reporting.
 * Support the team during peak trading times such as Christmas and holidays.
 * Requirement: experience on a key holder level or above.
Qualifications
 * Previous experience in luxury retail (jewellery, watches, fashion or similar within the luxury sector).
 * Excellent communication and literacy skills.
 * Confidence using tills and computer systems, including Excel.
 * Reliable, trustworthy and able to take responsibility.
 * An eye for detail and flair for presentation/merchandising.
