We’re looking for a dynamic, CIPD‑qualified HR professional with lots of drive for employee relations work, who’s passionate about delivering high‑quality, customer‑focused HR support. You’ll work closely with managers and employees, providing expert advice on employee relations, wellbeing, and performance, while contributing to our People & Culture Strategy.
What you’ll do:
* Advise on HR policies, employee relations, and wellbeing.
* Support and coach managers through complex HR issues.
* Deliver engaging training sessions and contribute to HR projects.
* Help shape and improve our HR systems and practices.
What you’ll bring:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification and active membership.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
