Following continued growth, QED Legal’s client is looking to appoint a driven solicitor who’s keen to play a meaningful role in the evolution of their commercial litigation practice. A key focus of the role is subrogated recoveries—an area offering both challenge and long‑term career value. You’ll handle matters where insurers pursue recovery from third parties, often involving complex liability questions, high‑value disputes, and multiple stakeholders. You’ll ideally have experience in subrogated recoveries alongside a solid grounding in insurance litigation, perhaps gained within a well‑regarded Central Belt firm. That said, your ambition, commercial mindset, and enthusiasm to develop within a high‑performing team will be just as important.
