The Role
* Teaching Business Studies across KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level/BTEC).
* Planning and delivering lessons covering marketing, finance, operations, and entrepreneurship.
* Supporting pupils with vocational units, coursework, and external examination preparation.
* Promoting high standards of professional literacy and commercial awareness.
* Encouraging independent research and a genuine passion for global markets and economics.
* Leading or assisting with enterprise challenges and Young Enterprise initiatives.
* Participating in the statutory ECT induction and whole-school professional development sessions.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Currently working towards or recently completed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* A degree in Business, Economics, or a Management-related discipline.
* A passion for staying current with economic trends and contemporary business case studies.
* The ability to simplify complex financial and commercial concepts for students at all levels.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire aspirational learners.
* A professional, organised, and positive approach to departmental teamwork.
