We’re looking for a proactive, adaptable team member to improve operational efficiency through data-driven solutions. This role combines project coordination with hands-on work in data management, scripting, and low-code development.
You’ll work across teams to streamline workflows using tools like Power Apps, Power BI, Fulcrum, Python Scripting and GIS software, helping turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and monitor survey and operational tasks with field teams.
* Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery.
* Act as the link between field teams, data ops, and customer-facing teams.
* Handle data collection and processing from platforms like Fulcrum.
* Write simple Python scripts for automation.
* Build dashboards and reports in Power BI.
* Create and maintain maps with tools like QGIS or ArcGIS.
* Build apps and workflows in Power Apps, Lists, and other Microsoft tools.
* Gather user needs and build practical, easy-to-use systems.
* Continuously improve digital workflows across teams.
* Turn user needs into digital solutions aligned with business goals.
* Provide training and support for systems and tools.
Pay:
* £35,000 to £42,000 per annum
Shift:
* Monday to Friday
* 40 hours per week
What We’re Looking For:
* Familiarity with survey workflows, and operational project delivery contexts is advantageous.
* Strong with Microsoft 365 tools (Power Apps, Lists, etc.)
* Python experience for automation is desirable.
* Power BI skills for reporting is desirable.
* GIS software knowledge (QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.)
* Great at solving problems and translating needs into solutions.
* Organised, analytical, and a clear communicator.
