Role & Responsibilities:
* Work full stack on core applications and internal platforms
* Develop backend logic in Apex and frontend components with Lightning Web Components, JavaScript/TypeScript
* Build and maintain RESTful APIs
* Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and problem-solving
Requirements:
* 2-3 years software development experience, strong OOP (Java/C#)
* Proficient in JavaScript, RESTful API design, and full-stack development
* Salesforce experience is a bonus but not required
* Mentorship or industry-specific experience is a plus
