Team Manager Permanent x 2 Grade C - £35,412 - £41,771 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week Please note you will be required onsite 5 days a week. We’re looking for an organised, forward thinking Team Manager to lead our Digital Mail service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment, is data driven and is passionate about delivering high quality digital and mail services. What You’ll Do Lead and support the Digital Mail operational team, ensuring high performance and quality output. Plan staff rotas and resources to meet production demands. Coordinate digital requirements for new and existing services. Oversee cost recovery, pricing, and financial accuracy. Provide staff training and development to build future‑ready skills. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and compliance with risk, audit, and security standards. Act as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders. Manage consumable stock levels to avoid production issues. What You’ll Bring Experience in digital mail production, with strong awareness of performance, quality, and health & safety. Proven ability to manage and develop staff, including performance and sickness procedures. Strong communication skills and confidence engaging at all levels. Experience with data verification for costs and charges. Ability to create and manage templates in Planet Press or similar systems. Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office and MS Teams. Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and work independently. Finance and Quality ISO accreditation Working Pattern Occasional work outside standard hours (7am–7pm).
