Job Title : Triage Physiotherapist Location : Heywood, Greater Manchester Banding: Band 6 Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 months Rate : £24 - £ 27 per hour Working hours: Monday – Wednesday We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Triage Physiotherapist to join our client's team in Heywood. This role involves assessing and managing patients referred for physiotherapy, ensuring timely and effective treatment plans. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care and supporting the overall healthcare team. What will your responsibilities be : The Band 6 Triage Physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting initial assessments of patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. This role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The physiotherapist will also provide education and advice to patients to promote recovery and prevent further injury. Effective communication and documentation are essential to maintain accurate patient records and ensure continuity of care. Qualifications and Experiences: OT/Physio qualification with relevant registration Experience working in a variety of specialities Strong assessment and diagnostic skills HCPC registered Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to continuous professional development How to apply?
