CRM Executive

Hybrid - Liverpool (1-2 days per week)
We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join a small, collaborative marketing team, supporting our digital growth and customer engagement initiatives within the gambling sector. Reporting to the CRM Manager and collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising customer lifecycle campaigns across channels like email, SMS, push, print, and on-site messaging.
About the Role:
This newly created, hands-on role reports directly to the CRM Manager and works closely with the wider marketing team. You’ll manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels, contributing ideas and optimising performance in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, print, and on-site messaging
* Build and send email campaigns using drag-and-drop editors
* Support lifecycle and retention campaign planning and delivery
* Collaborate with the CRM Manager to optimise campaign performance
* Contribute to improving personalisation, segmentation, and automation
Skills & Experience:
* 1–2 years’ experience in CRM campaign management
* Proficiency with email campaign builders and CRM tools
* Comfortable working across multiple marketing channels including SMS, push, and on-site messaging
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end campaign delivery
